12 streamers participated in an auction draft that consisted of 120 characters and 12 stadiums. This was live draft; you can find the full VOD here or the Aftershow here.
Each team had a budget of 120 virtual currency to draft their 10 characters and 1 stadium. The highest bidder for each character/stadium won the auction and that character/stadium was added to their team. Each team had to draft 10 character with one that will sit on the bench as well as 1 stadium.
Each team had to draw at least one captain character to lead their team. These captains are set within the game itself.

Each week there is a matchup between two streamers within their division (which there are two divisions made up of 6 streamers). Each matchup consists of a 3 game series where each team will play one home game, one away game, and a third game being played at a neutral stadium. There are also 3 interleague series where streamers will play against a team from the other division.
Fielder Swapping: Fielder swapping is allowed with only one free swap per game. Additional swaps may happen when the pitcher gets tired (pitchers get tired after 7 runs are made against them).
Game Setup: League games are played under the A.S.S.B.L.A.S.T. game mode on Project Rio and will be 9 innings (additional innings if the game is tied at the bottom of the 9th).
Pitcher Requirements: No character can pitch in all 3 games and no pitcher can start consecutive games. The pitcher that "starts" must pitch at least 3 innings or until tired, whichever comes first. A pitcher removed from a game may return to pitch later in that same game but will still fall under the rest requirements for the remainder of the matchup.
Duplicates: Two duplicates of the same character will be considered distinct (as long as they have differing handedness). If a team has three duplicates of a character, only two can pitch. Duplicates can bat with whichever hand the streamer likes.
Trades: Any trade is allowed as long as they are equal proportion (ex. 1:1 or 2:2). Trades can be between any number of team owners and both streamers must mutually agree if the trade is immediate or only agreed in principle until a certain date. Stadiums may also be traded and trades will concluded around 1 to 2 weeks before the end of the regular season.

Seeding will be determined by the following criteria:
The division winners will earn the top two seeds while the remaining teams will be placed in a scaled bracket (similar to the one used for the West Coast Conference Basketball Tournament). The playoffs will be a combination of BO1, BO3, and BO5 depending on the Commissioner's determinations at the end of the regular season.
